PeopleSense is the coming together of several industry professionals sharing the key focus of workforce management systems implementation and services consultation with over fifty years of combined experience.

Our staff have backgrounds that lend themselves to an exceedingly successful workforce management implementation, customization and support team.

Beginning as end-users and technical support staff, the combined forces of seasoned HR and Payroll professionals, network engineers, database admins and programmers deliver a single source for understanding and support we believe to be quite unique in this industry.

History

Established in 2003 out of a basement office in Algonquin, Illinois, PeopleSense has grown from a small handful of loyal clients in the Chicagoland area to a clientele spanning over half of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

In 2008, PeopleSense established a second office in Phoenix, Arizona to better serve our clients with support availability for the western United States, western Canada and Alaska.

Going strong in 2012 with more services and product offerings than ever before, PeopleSense continues to be at the forefront of our industry without losing sight of where we began or the friendships made along the way.
